We’ve seen a lot of rain in 2019, but just a few short years ago Oklahoma was in an exceptional drought.  Lake levels plunged, taking its toll on wildlife and agriculture. Droughts are sometimes called a creeping disaster because the start and the end of a drought cannot be easily identified until sometime after the event.
