The Oklahoma City Thunder held their annual blue-white scrimmage at Choctaw High School on Sunday, October 5.
The white team, made up of assorted Thunder players, beat the blue team 64-53 after three-quarters of play.
The scrimmage marked the public début of several new members of the Thunder.
Among those making their first public appearance with the team was off-season free agent signee Anthony Morrow and Thunder rookie Mitch McGary.
Kevin Durant, the NBA’s reigning MVP, was very complimentary of Morrow, calling him “one of the toughest teammates I’ve had.”
Durant was also high on McGary saying, “he’s one of the best teammates I’ve ever had, already.”
Oklahoma City starters Serge Ibaka and Kendrick Perkins both sat out the game.
