OKLAHOMA CITY – It was the foul heard around the arena.

During the first half of Game 3 against the Golden State Warriors, fans erupted after Draymond Green kicked the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Steven Adams in the groin.

Although Green says the kick was an accident, others believe it was intentional and he should have been ejected from the game.

He received a flagrant-one foul, and was allowed to stay in the game.

“I followed through on a shot,” Green said after the game. “I’m not trying to kick somebody in the men’s section. I’m sure he wants to have kids one day, I’m not trying to end that on a basketball court.”

“I don’t think I’ll be suspended,” Green added. “I don’t know how anyone could possibly say that I did that on purpose, regardless of the way it may look.”

However, Thunder fans and players believe differently.

Oklahoma City Thunder’s Russell Westbrook says he believes the kick was intentional.

This is the second time in two games Green has hit Adams in the groin.

Some fans say that is simply how Green plays.

On Monday, the NBA reviewed the kick and decided Green will not be suspended, according to Yahoo.

Game 4 will be played inside Chesapeake Energy Arena on Tuesday night.

Tipoff is set for 8 p.m.
