OKLAHOMA CITY – As the Oklahoma City Thunder looks forward to the next season, a familiar face is leaving the team.
On Thursday, the Thunder traded guard Jeremy Lamb to the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for guard Luke Ridnour and a conditional 2016 second round draft pick.
Ridnour is a 12-year veteran of the NBA and averages 9.3 points and 4.5 assists per game.
Lamb was with the Thunder for three seasons and averaged 7 points and 1 assist per game.
Earlier this year, Billy Donovan took over as the team’s head coach after spending 19 years with the University of Florida.
