The Cowboys responded with a three-run second inning.
Bryan Case drove home two runs with a triple, then later scored on a throwing error by OU outfielder Alec Hansen.
In the fourth inning, OSU tacked on two more runs on a single by Corey Hassel to make it 5-1 OSU.
The Cowboys added three more runs to win 8-1 and go 3-0 against Oklahoma this year.
OSU improved to 31-14 on the season, 14-6 in Big 12 play.
Oklahoma dropped to 29-21, 10-7 in conference.
