OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Thousands of Oklahoma students are preparing for the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon.

Part of that preparation includes lessons on ‘The Oklahoma Standard.’

Organizers say acts of service can take on many different forms, including cheering on runners or handing out water at the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon.

For more information on the marathon, visit the memorial’s website.
