DEL CITY, OKLA.- Investigators with the Del City Police Department say an altercation that began at a 7-Eleven led to a fatal crash.

Police say two men in a late-model white Dodge Caliber began a chase with a man and a woman driving an older model red Mustang near 44th and Bryant.

The two cars sped off, driving recklessly north on Bryant, police say.

Police say the red Mustang was run off the road and hit a tree.

The passenger, Shartel Brown, who was 7 months pregnant, died.

The driver of the red Mustang is expected to survive.

Del City police released a video, which allegedly shows the suspect’s car on the right.
