DES PLAINES, Ill. – The wife of a man who was attacked by a swan and died has now filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
According to WGN-TV, Anthony Hensley was responsible for two swans at an Illinois condo complex; they were used to keep away geese.
The report states Hensley drowned two years ago when one of the swans knocked him off his kayak and attacked him as he tried to swim to shore.
WGN-TV reported Hensley’s wife is now suing her husband’s employer and the condo complex.
