Test results: OSU homecoming tragedy suspect not intoxicated

The OSU  homecoming tragedy suspect was not intoxicated, according to test results.

The suspect, 25-year-old  Adacia Chambers, was ordered to submit a blood draw.

According to the test results filed in the case, her blood alcohol content was .01.

People 21 and older are considered under the influence at .08.

Chambers drove into a crowd at the parade on October 24, killing four and injuring dozens.

She is charged with four counts of second degree murder and 46 counts of assault and battery.
