CADDO COUNTY, Okla. – Officials have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 56-year-old man.
Authorities say Richard Harris was last seen wearing a light gray t-shirt, blue jeans, and tennis shoes on June 4.
On June 5, officials say they found his car abandoned on a roadway in Caddo County.
Officials say Harris is under proven medical/physical disability.
They believe he is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death.
