- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Lemon Zest (optional)
- 2 cups water or club soda or seltzer water
- Add in simple syrup (2 cups water and 2 cups sugar cooked on stove until mixture becomes clear)
For blueberry puree:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries and 1 cup water in blender
- Add to the lemonade mixture to taste and stir together
- Serve with ice and add garnish if desired with fresh blueberries and lemon wedge
- Optional: flavored blueberry vodka added to mixture
