OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma Highway Patrol closed the Kilpatrick eastbound ramp to I-35 southbound around 8:30 a.m. Sunday due to an overturned semi.
The outside lane of I-35 southbound has since been reopened.
Authorities have not released details on the condition of the driver.
