Oklahoma Man Charged with Bank Robberies

Dana Ray Sommers has been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury for two bank robberies in Oklahoma City earlier this Summer.

Sommers is alleged to have held up the First Fidelity Bank at 700 SW 29th on June 18th. Then in July the indictment claims he robbed the Bank of the West at 1600 SW 89th. .

The indictment alleges Sommers  “…took by force, violence and intimidation from the person and presence of bank employees, money…” Sommers faces Twenty years in prison if convicted of the the two robberies.
