CANADIAN COUNTY, Okla. – An Oklahoma County public defender is facing charges for driving under the influence of drugs.
On Dec. 19, 2015, Timothy Wilson allegedly drove under the influence of drugs in Canadian County, court documents state.
Officials also say Wilson was in possession of marijuana at the time.
Wilson is facing a fine of up to $1,000 and imprisonment for 10 days to 1 year for driving under the influence of drugs.
Possession of controlled dangerous substance is punishable by imprisonment for 2 to 10 years, and a fine of not more than $5,000.
Wilson is an assistant public defender in Oklahoma County.
