OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma City Thunder is known for its youth and speed on the court, but one Thunder star is known for his style off the hardwood.
Russell Westbrook gained national attention last season after he stepped in as the team’s leader in place of an injured Kevin Durant.
On the court, Westbrook brought a high-energy playing style to the game, but he often turned heads after the buzzer had sounded, during news conferences.
His one-of-a-kind clothing style has now earned him a new title as one of ‘GQ’s 20 Best Dressed Men Alive.’
The list, which is featured in the July issue of GQ, focuses on some of Hollywood’s leading men with a few athletes in the mix.
Some of the men to make the best dressed list include Ryan Gosling, Brad Pitt, Pharrell, Bradley Cooper, Daniel Craig, Cristiano Ronaldo and LeBron James.
This isn’t the first time Westbrook’s fashion sense has earned the attention of GQ.
Last year, Westbrook launched his own collection, called Westbrook XO Barneys New York collection.
