OKLAHOMA – A new report reveals the lowest-paying jobs in Oklahoma.
Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Zippia, a website that provides career information, identified the 100 lowest paying jobs in Oklahoma.
Their research showed that the top 10 lowest paying jobs in Oklahoma are:
- Cooks, fast food – average salary: $17,730
- Ushers, lobby attendants, and ticket takers – average salary: $17,900
- Combined food preparation and serving workers, including fast food – average salary: $18,020
- Counter attendants, cafeteria, food concession and coffee shop – average salary: $18,050
- Lifeguards, ski patrol and other recreational protective service workers – average salary: $18,380
- Food preparation and serving related workers, all other – average salary: $18,390
- Cooks, short order – average salary: $18,550
- Dishwashers – average salary: $18,820
- Personal care aides – average salary: $18,900
- Hosts and hostesses, restaurant, lounge and coffee shop – average salary: $19,020
