Update: The man suspected of the double-shooting at the Walmart in Guthrie has been identified by Guthrie police as 61-year-old Arthur Lee Cloud.
Cloud was taken into custody by police shortly after the shooting in the Walmart parking lot Thursday afternoon.
The alleged victims include a woman who was with Cloud and a man he got into an altercation with in the the store’s parking lot.
A witness told KFOR that he saw the shooter accidentally shoot the woman as he pulled a gun out. The witness said the suspect then shot the man he was in the altercation with.

GUTHRIE, Okla. (KFOR) – A woman was flown to a metro hospital following a shooting outside Guthrie’s Walmart that resulted in two people shot and a suspect in custody Thursday afternoon.
Police said the shooting is not an active shooter situation.
“We are sure that we have everyone that was involved in this altercation, and there’s no danger to anyone else,” Sgt. Anthony Gibbs with the Guthrie Police Department said.
Gibbs said of the three people involved, two have been transported to hospitals and the third – the suspect – is in police custody.
A witness told KFOR he watched as two men got into an argument in the store’s parking lot. He said he saw an older black man accidentally shoot the woman he was with while pulling out his gun. He said the man then shot the other man two times.
The female victim is reported to have been shot in the stomach, and the male victim is reported to have been shot in the shoulder.
The suspect is reported to have left the scene with the female victim, but police pulled the suspect over at the Guthrie Fire Department. The wounded woman was shortly later flown to the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
The male victim was transported by ambulance from Walmart to OU Medical Center.
Gibbs said that investigators do not know what led to the altercation, but that the suspect is in custody and that three people were involved in the altercation.
Gibbs confirmed that two people were shot in the Walmart parking lot, a male who was found by authorities at the scene and a female who authorities contacted at another location.
The shooter is believed to have arrived at the Walmart in a red flatbed pickup. The witness said the woman was inside the pickup when the man she was with accidentally shot her. Police now have that pickup in their possession, Gibbs said.
Gibbs said at least one bystander captured footage of the shooting, and that police have also obtained footage from Walmart surveillance cameras.
Gibbs said police are working to obtain a warrant to collect gunshot residue.
There is currently no information on either victim’s condition.
