OKLAHOMA CITY – Crews are working to find the cause of two fires at two vacant homes just blocks from each other overnight.
Fires crews said they believe arson could be the cause and the fire could be related.
Authorities were called to the first fire at a vacant home on N.E. 15th St. and Bryant and then moments later called to the second one less than a mile away at N.E. Grand and Success.
OKC Fire Battalion Chief Chris Goodwin said they found circumstances to be suspicious so they called out arson detectives.
Goodwin said they found a gas can in the front yard and the home door was open when they arrived.
