OKLAHOMA CITY- This recipe is a fantastic snack/appetizer and the big game is coming up so you might want it pin it! However, if would work for any event you have planned.
Our regular 4:30 p.m. chef, Kyle says this is similar to Trader Joe’s and doesn’t have any no preservatives added.

Bacon Horseradish Spread recipe
8oz cream cheese, softened
16 oz grated sharp cheddar
1/2 C heavy cream OR stout ale
1 T white vinegar
Few dashes Tabasco
Pinch Cayenne
Pinch black pepper
3 T Horseradish
Pinch salt
12 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 green onion, chopped
Place ingredients, reserving bacon and onion, in food processor. Thoroughly blend. Fold in bacon and onion with spatula. Refrigerate until firm; if a creamier, “dip” consistency is desired, remove from refrigerator and allow to drop to room temperature before serving. Serve with crackers, toast points, rye or pumpernickel bread, fresh vegetables.
Kyle says he will eat it with a spoon!
