Agents searching for witnesses in Boise City murder

BOISE CITY, Okla.– Agents are searching for two men who may have information about the murder of an elderly man outside a convenience store in June.

Officials say 77-year-old Charles Cecil Nieman was shot and killed by a man in the parking lot of the Loaf ‘n Jug on June 12.

Harvey Pratt, an OSBI forensic artist, has created two sketches of people in the area who may have useful information about the crime.

The first witness is a Hispanic man, approximately 30-years-old, standing 5’10” tall and weighing 165 pounds.

He was last seen in a black, 1998 to 2003 Chevy or GMC extended-cab pickup truck with large tires and aluminum wheels.

The other man is also Hispanic, approximately 30-years-old, standing between 5’6″ and 5’8″ boise city1tall.

If you can identify the people in the sketches, or have pertinent information about the homicide, call the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the murder.
