WACO, Tex. — Nine people have been confirmed dead after a shooting at Twin Peaks in Waco Sunday afternoon.
Waco Police were monitoring rival motorcycle clubs at the restaurant around noon.
Reports say an argument between the groups started inside and escalated to the parking lot.
Multiple weapons were used, including chains, knives, bats, clubs, and guns, according to KCEN.
No police officers or patrons were injured.
Twin Peaks and the restaurant next door, Don Carlos, were both on lock down, authorities say.

Twin Peaks released a statement about the deadly incident.
“We were shocked by the shooting that took place in the parking lot of our franchised restaurant in Waco and are still in the process of reviewing all the circumstances surrounding it. We are thankful no employees, guests or police were injured in this senseless violence outside the restaurant, and our sympathies are with the families of those killed.”
