The Oklahoma City Thunder rebounded a Kobe Bryant miss at the buzzer to pick up a 104-103 win over the Lakers in Los Angeles.

Russell Westbrook scored a game high 31 points for the Thunder, who played with out Kevin Durant due to a sprained ankle.

Reggie Jackson added another 25 points off the bench for the Thunder and hit the go-ahead free throws with just over a minute left in the game.

The Thunder improves to 13-14 on the season and remain a game out of the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

OKC now has eight wins over their last nine games.

The victory in Los Angeles wraps up a west coast road swing that saw Scott Brooks’ squad go 2-1.

Next, the Thunder host the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday, December 21, with tip set for 6 p.m. CT.

The Pelicans beat OKC 112-104, the last time the team’s met, on December 2.
