OKLAHOMA CITY — There are stunning allegations against the voice of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Thursday the arena announcer for the team, Jim Miller, was arrested on charges of lewd acts with a child.

The investigation started after two teenage girls came forward with allegations of sexual abuse against Miller and from that, additional acts surfaced involving an 8-year-old boy.

Thursday James Allen Miller was charged with three counts of lewd or indecent acts with a child.

Miller is accused of performing disturbing acts in front of an 8-year-old boy.

In addition to his duties with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Miller is also a Harrah High School teacher and tennis coach.

Harrah police said no students were involved in the allegations.

Miller has been suspended with pay from his teaching and coaching job pending the outcome of the investigation.

As for his position with the Thunder, Thunder officials said, “Due to the allegations and criminal case against him and until further notice, Mr. Miller has been removed from his duties as Thunder P.A. announcer.”
