TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa police say authorities searching for a missing Tulsa man have found human remains on property in Muskogee County.

Tulsa police Sgt. Dave Walker says the body found Thursday has not been positively identified yet.

Police had been searching since Nov. 10 for 23-year-old Courtney Palmer, who investigators say was a witness to a shooting two days earlier at an apartment complex.

Walker says police developed information that Palmer had been killed in Tulsa and his body taken to Muskogee County.

Walker says police have recovered a truck that may have been used in the case. He says four people have been arrested in connection with Palmer’s disappearance.
