Police say they were called to the local night club around 2 a.m. Friday.
When officers arrived, they found the victim lying on the ground in the parking lot with a gunshot wound.
The suspect, Jay Silvernail, was being held at gunpoint by a witness until officers arrived.
He was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail for assault with a deadly weapon.
Silvernail was also involved in a deadly shooting last year where he shot his client in self-defense.
