DUNCAN, Okla. – A Duncan teenager accused of murdering his family has been sentenced to prison for a different crime.
Alan Hruby pleaded guilty to opening a credit card account in his grandmothers name and using it to take a European vacation.
He will spend three years behind bars for that crime.
He is also charged with three counts of first degree murder in the deaths of his father, mother and sister.
The family was found dead in their Duncan home back in October.
