If you are thinking about hitting the stores this Black Friday, you may feel a bit overwhelmed.

However, experts have checked out the discounts and found the stores that have the best deals.

WalletHub surveyed 5,525 deals from the 2014 Black Friday ad scans of 21 of the largest U.S. retailers.

According to the study, jewelry items had the highest discount, reaching nearly 58 percent on average.

Electronics and computers saw the lowest discounted rate of just 30 percent off regular price.

WalletHub’s picks for ‘The Best Retailers for Black Friday’ are as follows:

  • JC Penney with a 65 percent discount.
  • Macy’s with a 54 percent discount.
  • Rite Aid with a 53 percent discount.
  • Meijer with a 51 percent discount.
  • Sears with a 50 percent discount.

‘The Worst Retailers for Black Friday’ are as follows:

  • Walmart with a 32 percent discount.
  • Best Buy with a 32 percent discount.
  • Amazon with a 26 percent discount.
  • Big Lots with a 25 percent discount.
  • Costco with a 21 percent discount.

Experts say if there is a particular item you want, you should check all the ads before heading out the door to see which store has the best discount on that product.
